About the venue
Welcome to Tequila Ranch, a hidden gem in Taylor, Texas. Nestled amidst fields of corn, cotton, and vibrant Texas wildflowers, with breathtaking sunset views, this rustic wedding and event venue is just a short drive from Austin. Tequila Ranch is the passion project of Joe and Stormy Krippelz, who meticulously crafted every detail, from the reclaimed materials to the handmade wooden bar. The venue features a sprawling 2,000 sq. ft. covered outdoor ceremony space, a spacious reception area, and built-in dance floor lighting, all designed to set the stage for unforgettable moments.

This beautiful property offers both indoor and outdoor options for your special day. Exchange vows on the lush lawns, surrounded by nature, or celebrate in the spacious barn with its enchanting wood-beamed ceiling. The versatile space allows for the customization of every detail and can accommodate up to 150 guests.

Intimate and Romantic Spaces Indoor & Outdoor
During the summer, host your ceremony outdoors with expansive flat fields as your backdrop—perfect for stunning photos. Cocktail hours can take place on the lawns, where you and your guests can toast and enjoy the sunset. Banquets and receptions can be held in the barn, which features high ceilings, large windows, and traditional barn doors, accommodating up to 100 guests with space for dining, dancing, and live entertainment.
Private Lodging
No need to leave the property when the party ends!
Our venue now offers private lodging at the Main House, a beautiful 2,400 sq. ft. custom home designed to accommodate up to 10 guests. Some of the features include a gourmet kitchen, a screened-in back patio with a custom fireplace, and a stone outdoor kitchen. Relax poolside on our 1,500 sq. ft. deck, which features a custom steel pergola, various lounging areas, and a custom bar.

Tequila Ranch was the most amazing, beautiful venue, built by the hands of two amazing people! Joe and Stormy were so wonderfully accommodating to all of our needs before and during our wedding. They truly did everything in their power to make sure the whole evening ran smoothly- from directing parking and shuttling guests to and from their cars, to staying till the very end, helping clean up. We felt so honored to have been their first gay wedding and could not have asked for a better night! The venue itself was absolutely beautiful and our guests have continued to tell us just how much fun they all had while they were there!

Dream Come True!
I truly believe our wedding was a dream come true and part of it is due to Joe and Stormi! They have absolutely made our wedding a fairytale. The venue was everything we were looking for with a mixture of rustic and elegance. Joe and Stormi are the greatest people you will ever meet. Overwhelmed!
Wow!!! Words cannot express what a joy and pleasure it was to have my wedding reception at Tequila Ranch. Joe and Stormy went above and beyond to make things happen! It was raining on our wedding day and I was worried at how the night would go BUT The rain didn’t affect ANYTHING and everything went SOO smoothly! I seriously couldn’t have picked a better place to share our special day!!!
